Renie P. Agsalda is President and CEO of Royal Palm Group & Subsidiaries, Principal RME and a certified arborist. Agsalda graduated from the University of Hawaii with a degree in Civil Engineering. After working ten years in construction, Agsalda used his insight for project management and founded Royal Palm Group. As president and general manager, Agsalda oversees all company operations. Throughout his 35 years of contracting experience, Agsalda has thrived in landscaping and construction and has become one of Hawaii’s most successful entrepreneurs.

Aaron J.K. Agsalda is a certified arborist and Vice President of Royal Palm Group & Subsidiaries. Agsalda has always had exposure to the construction industry from his father Renie Agsalda, President and CEO of Royal Palm, and learned the trade at an early age. Since graduating from the University of Hawaii with a degree in Communication, Agsalda has increased his knowledge of construction and landscaping. He’s also become a certified manager and technician and a licensed arborist and contractor.
